Different sector need professional counselor who have skills about counseling.Also counselor may use method which is suitable to the client.It depend on the client situation,client problem, and nature of client.For example in hospital especially voluntary counseling testing (VCT),counselor who needed to give client counseling must be a professional counselor rather than clinical officer who having a lot of work.
