HOW TO MODIFY THE THOUGHT PROCESS
There are different ways and means to control and regulate our thought process. The following are some important ways;-
  • Avoid random and haphazard thinking
  • Make deliberate attempt to remain positive at all time.
  • Reduce emotional element in your thought 
  • Be consistent in your thoughts, words and deeds.
  • Conscious relaxation.
